We know you want more Boracay resort options beyond those you’ll find in Station 1 and what’s called Station Zero on the northernmost area of the island (you’ll find those resorts in this story), so this time, we’re highlighting resorts you can check out on Stations 2 and 3, as well as Bulabog Beach.

To help you decide where to stay, here’s a quick guide to each area:

Station 2 (White Beach, center)
If you’re here for the happenings, then Station 2 is the area for you. The epicenter of Boracay’s nightlife, shopping, and dining, this area is sure to keep you from being bored when on this island. Station 2 resorts tend to be in the mid-range in terms of price and size, although they may not be the best choice for R&R because of the high foot traffic (most tourists stay or go around here).

Station 3 (White Beach, south)
This stretch of White Beach’s shore up to Angol Beach is more chill and laidback, ideal for more quiet beach-bumming, with a community vibe because this is where a lot of the locals hang out. Some tourists go to an area here to get picked up for activities around the island.

Bulabog Beach
This stretch of shore on the east side of the island doesn’t boast the wide stretches of white sand found on the west, but it’s a prime spot for thrill-seekers, thanks to having more of a surf and windier weather. So if you’re going for activities like kitesurfing, windsurfing, or sailing, you’ll want to head here, especially from October to March or even April. Don’t be fooled by the fact that it’s on the other side of the island from White Beach, though—this is just a short walk away. The vibe here is more young and hip.

Keep reading for a list of our top picks out of the many resorts on these areas of the island paradise:

With interiors by the Manila-based residential and building designer Ed Calma and Cebuano furniture designer Vito Selma, Aqua Boracay’s look brings an updated take on Filipino style. If you’re looking for a couple’s getaway or a bombastic party with your friends or family, Aqua Boracay is one of the hipper options you have on the island.

The resort is known for its celebration-ready suites. The presidential suites are perfect for a blowout, as they come with private pools and party decks. Aqua Boracay’s location on windy Bulabog Beach means this is one of the prime resorts to try out kitesurfing or windsurfing if you’re feeling adventurous.

Plus, foodies will appreciate Boracay must-tries like calamansi muffins and chori burgers at Qtchn and tantalize their taste buds at Sea.food by Chele, which features a mixed-cuisine selection of dishes by internationally renowned Chef Chele Gonzalez (of Metro Manila’s Gallery by Chele fame).

Aqua Boracay’s published rates start at PHP14,700 for a deluxe room, going up to PHP320,000 for the four-bedroom Presidential Miami Suite. Fortunately, the rates are dynamic, and currently, we’re seeing big discounts with deluxe rooms selling at PHP5,710 per night and the presidential suites at just over a third of their published prices. Check the resort’s website before booking as there may be freebies and discounts for direct bookings or other seasonal or conditional promotions.
