MANILA, Philippines – On a busy Friday at the Manila House Private Club in Bonifacio Global City, something gentle and meaningful unfolded. Soft conversations, open hearts, and a shared intention for healing filled the room as NaHeal, a Filipino-founded digital wellness platform, gathered its community of visionary leaders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and wellness advocates for “Soulful Connections,” an intimate, by invitation-only experience designed to celebrate presence, belonging, and nurture authentic human connections.
Held on November 28, 2025, the gathering felt less like a formal event and more like a pause from the outside world — a soulful space of purpose with shared intention to reconnect and honor unique stories, unique light, and every unique energy.

Where Wellness Feels Human
From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere invited serenity and sincerity through sharing circles, reflective moments, and unhurried conversations enhanced with a soothing sound bath experience as live background music that created a sense of ease — allowing participants to connect beyond small talk and into something deeper.
“This didn’t feel like a typical wellness event,” shared one attendee. “It felt like a homecoming — a place where you’re allowed to soften, speak honestly, to be vulnerable, to FLY and to be free while being held by the energy of the room.”
The gathering unfolded organically, with stories of healing and transformation shared in quiet confidence and met with compassion. Laughter mingled with moments of introspection, reminding everyone that wellness isn’t always about striving — sometimes, it’s about listening and honoring.
The room carried an ease that made vulnerability feel natural. Conversations flowed from personal healing journeys to laughter-filled exchanges, all grounded in NaHeal’s core belief that wellbeing is deeply relational.

Heart-felt Stories, Stillness, and Shared Humanity
NaHeal CEO Annaliza Laxamana shared her founder’s soulful story of healing, hope and wholeness. She highlighted that “NaHeal is not just a platform or directory. It is a soul-led community. A calm and curated space where anyone—no matter their background or story—can feel supported, guided, and embraced in their unique journey toward wholeness. From my heart to yours, NaHeal was created so that none of us walk this path alone. Together, we discover, heal, and thrive.”
As stories unfolded, the emotional depth of the gathering became clear. Guests spoke openly about healing, loss, growth, and renewal — and were met not with advice, but with presence.
Community at the Heart of Healing and Collaboration at the Core
The private launch also served as a living embodiment of NaHeal’s digital ethos — a platform built to bridge the often fragmented world of wellness with simplicity, trust, and soul-aligned connection. Through its digital marketplace and practitioner network, NaHeal supports users in discovering trusted guides, booking holistic experiences, and accessing curated healing tools all within one space.
The Philippine Institute of Traditional and Alternative Health Care Director General Ma. Teresa C. Iñigo gave an inspiring message. a government-owned and controlled corporation attached to the Department of Health (DOH). “This gathering is a powerful expression of that mission. Your commitment to bringing wellness back to the center of our communities, workplaces, and institutions resonates deeply with us. At PITAHC we believe in the biopsychosocial spiritual model of wellness. That true wellness is multi-dimensional. Embracing physical health, emotional balance, mental clarity, social belonging, and spiritual grounding. These dimensions form the foundation of holistic well-being which lies at the heart of our mandate.” She further emphasized that NaHeal’s mission and “soul-led community” offering a calm and curated space for individuals on their journey toward wholeness aligns with PITAHC’s shared advocacy.
More than a celebration, Soulful Connection reflected NaHeal’s deeper philosophy: that healing is most powerful when it happens in relationship — with ourselves and with others.
“I don’t know anyone here when I went here but I feel like I belong. I felt the love and sincere connection. It’s empowering. NaHeal na ako, at sana kayo rin,” said Cecilia Perez, owner of Hilomnan Wellness, a sentiment that resonated throughout the gathering and captured the collective sense of gratitude and emotional renewal.
“Wellness that is beyond the physical — this is what NaHeal encourages by providing a platform to seekers, especially Filipinos, that makes it possible to get connected to verified wellness practitioners they need in their journey,” shared Darleen Turda, a Reiki Master and facilitator during a fireside moment, emphasizing the event’s holistic reach beyond technique to deeper emotional and spiritual care.
The gathering also welcomed aligned partners from Wellness Tourism Association of the Philippines (WeTAP) and holistic practitioners, signaling the growth of a like-minded ecosystem rooted in intention and care.
“Being here feels like witnessing the beginning of something special,” shared a representative from Blue Eco Farm. “It’s exciting to be part of a community that values depth, sustainability, and genuine connection.”
Every detail — from the mindful pacing of the program to the natural flow of conversation — reflected NaHeal’s commitment to creating spaces that feel safe, soulful, and quietly transformative.

Attendees shared how the experience surpassed typical wellness gatherings, with many emphasizing the depth of connection and emotional resonance:
“We are truly stronger together. For the past few days I’ve been feeling quite alone and so this avenue to come together like-minded, like-hearted individuals really is an answered prayer. NaHeal na ako. NaHeal na Kami”
“This felt less like an event and more like a homecoming. I’ve never felt so encouraged to speak my truth and be met with compassion,” reflected one participant after the closing circle.
What’s Next for NaHeal
Following the success of Soulful Connection, NaHeal plans to continue nurturing its community through future gatherings, curated retreats, digital storytelling, and comprehensive wellness offerings through its website www.naheal.com that bridge everyday self-care with deeper, more meaningful connection — both online and in real life.
“As we grow,” shared NaHeal founder Annaliza Laxamana, “our heart remains the same — to make healing simple, rooted, and shared. In a world that often feels rushed and fragmented, we want NaHeal to be the place where people truly meet — themselves and each other, to co-create safe space for healing and celebrations with presence.”
In a world that rarely pauses, Soulful Connections offered a gentle reminder: true healing doesn’t have to be loud or complicated, and certainly not in isolation. Sometimes, it begins simply by coming together with open mind and heart while honoring individual essence and the courage to show-up for ourselves and others. Indeed, it was a gathering where stories were heard and hearts were seen.
